Marinated chicken breast pan seared with onions and peppers. Served on toasted pita with spicy muhammara sauce, lettuce, crumbled feta and a side salad in red wine vinaigrette.


Penne & Sausage

Italian sausage cooked a creamy tomato sauce and tossed with penne pasta. Topped with parmesan cheese and a side of sliced baguette.


Salmon Provencal

Grilled wild salmon over fingerling potatoes, green beans, carrots and kale, all cooked in a white wine butter sauce with Herbs de Provence. Topped with caper-herb pesto.
