Thinly sliced flank steak, sautéed with onions and bell peppers all piled on an oven toasted Essential Bakery baguette with melted provolone cheese and mayo. Accompanied with a side balsamic salad.
A fresh salmon filet is seasoned then pan seared and placed on a bed of wild greens tossed in our lemon pepper vinaigrette with fingerling potatoes, kalamata olives, grape tomatoes, green beans and hard boiled egg, topped with house made lemon aioli.
