South West spiced flank steak pan seared and served on toasted baguette. Topped with red onion, melted pepper jack, shredded lettuce, chipotle mayo and spicy salsa rojo.
Lean corned beef piled high on rye bread with pickled red cabbage, melted swiss cheese and thousand island dressing.
Spiced mahi-mahi pan seared and served on corn tortillas with ancho slaw, charred tomato salsa and cilantro sour cream. Served with a honey chipotle side salad.
Vegetarian impossible patty with lettuce, tomato, onion, fried shallots and thousand island sauce. Served on essential bakery bun.
Based on an old New Orleans recipe, we feel this is the best Gumbo anywhere. “Hot and Spicy”, it consists of baby shrimp, roasted chicken, fresh Cascioppo Brothers andouille sausage, onions, tomatoes and green peppers. Served on a bed of “Dirty Rice” and garnished with pickled okra. Accompanied by freshed sliced Essential Bakery rustic white bread.

Albacore tuna is blended with roasted green chilis, red onions, mayo and herbs, on sourdough bread with Pepperjack cheese then grilled and baked in the oven till golden brown. Served with wild greens in our lemon pepper vinaigrette. This is one killer sandwich!
Lightly breaded, boneless breast of chicken, seared in garlic oil, then topped with mozzaralla cheese and baked in the oven. Served on toasted dill rye bread with cream cheese, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onions, mayonnaise and lettuce. The Seattle Weekly rated this “The best chicken sandwich in Seattle!”
Wild caught salmon filet is coated in our spicy Cajun pepper and herb mix then “blackened” in a hot skillet and baked in the oven. Served on organic French baguette with dijon mayo, tomatoes and lettuce.
Braised pork in guajillo sauce on brioche slider buns with ancho slaw.
Boneless, skinless chicken breast is cut in strips and marinated in our housemade Caribbean Jerk spices, then breaded in Panko and pan seared. Served with a citrus mayo dip.
A large flour tortilla stuffed with roasted chicken, roasted red peppers, Monterey Jack cheese and our house made cilantro pesto, then grilled and served with wild greens tossed in our honey chipotle vinaigrette.
House made hummus served with red peppers, pickled vegetables, feta cheese, kalamata olives and grilled pita.
