Salmon Cake Salad
Fresh wild salmon is blended with mayo, pickled ginger, sambal and green onions, formed into cakes, breaded in panko and pan seared then placed on a bed of wild greens tossed with mango turmeric dressing, red onions, tomatoes, carrots and cucumbers.
Southwest spiced flank steak pan seared and served on toasted baguette. Topped with tomato, melted pepper jack, shredded lettuce, chipotle mayo and spicy salsa rojo. Served with a side of chips or pasta salad.
