Seasoned and slow roasted roast beef is sliced thin and piled on a toasted baguette with garlic butter, melted swiss cheese and caramelized onions. Served with a side of Au Jus and a choice of chips or pasta salad.
Fingerling potatoes, grape tomatoes, fresh green beans, kalamata olives, italian parsley and hard boiled eggs are served on a bed of wild greens drizzled with lemon pepper vinaigrette. Topped with a grilled ahi tuna filet with lemon aioli.
