Brewed using 6 different NW varieties of hops at over 2.5 pounds per barrel, RPM IPA focuses on extreme hoppiness rather than bitterness. It’s golden to copper in color with a complex malt profile that will not overshadow the hops. Our flagship, RPM IPA, will satisfy any opinionated hop forward IPA consumer.
From Bellingham’s aclaimed brewery, Boundary Bay I.P.A. is a golden, full bodied Northwest styled I.P.A. Smooth on the tongue, dry on the finish with a hint of fruit on the nose.
A Tropical treat to you as a gift from the Pacific Northwest. Lush is brewed with a hand-selected blend of malts and lush, tropical hops reminiscent of lime, mango, and guava.
From Ballard’s aclaimed new brewery, ‘Crikey’ I.P.A. is a golden, full bodied Northwest styled I.P.A. Smooth on the tongue, dry on the finish with a hint of fruit on the nose.
While some might think it lingers on an edge far closer to an IPA, with all the dry-hop flavor and aroma, it’s actually right in line with the current-day interpretation of a West Coast pale.
German owned and brewed in Missoula Mt. since 1987, this excellent, small batch authentic German style Pilsner is light in character, golden in color and crisp on the finish. The longer lagering process results in a richer character. Served in a traditional 20 oz. Pilsner Mug.
From Will Kemper’s new Chuckanut Brewery in Bellingham, Wa. comes this small batch traditional German style Kolsch ale. Copper in color with a fine head, a clean tasting light body, a faint fruitness on the palate finishing with a slight hoppy dryness. Very drinkable.
From the Georgetown brewery comes “Manny’s Pale Ale”. Copper in color with a distinctive hop character, this unfiltered beer is crisp and clean with a nice mild hop finsh.
The original E.S.B. from England. Brewed for over 150 years along the River Thames. A strong aromatic special bitter, with a full body, lots of malt and rich hops which are immediately evident. A true classic! Served in it’s own proper 20 oz. “Fullers ESB” glass.
A tradition from Ireland, creamy, almost velvety black in color with a mild roasted flavor. Poured with a nitrogen mixture creating a creamy smooth stout. Served in it’s proper 20 oz. “Guinness” glass.
Red Cap is a beer that gets along with just about everyone. Easy to drink yet full of flavor, it showcases Munich Malt, Crystal Malt and Roasted Barley living in harmony with Willamette and Golding hops. Medium in body and creamy on the pallet, it lingers pleasantly and has a malty sweet finish.
Produced in the tradition of 18th Century English brewers who supplied the court of Russia’s Catherine the Great, Old Rasputin seems to develop a cult following wherever it goes. It’s a rich, intense brew with big complex flavors and a warming finish.
A highly drinkable, hop forward beer with a classic American Pale Ale malt bill. Heavy handed Mosaic dry hopping gives this beer a nose packed full of citrus and mango. Up front aroma, balanced bittering and a moderate body.
We carry a large selection of ciders by the bottle in 22oz and 12oz format.
A clean crisp hard apple cider from England. Dry in character with a smooth, lightly effervescent finish. Served in it’s own proper 20 oz. “Taunton Blackthorn” glass.
Seasoned flank steak served on an Essential Bakery roll with jack cheese, black bean spread and spicy pickled vegetables. Served with a side salad in honey chipotle dressing.
Braised chicken mixed in a curry sauce and served over greens, cucumber, grapes, tomatoes, curried nuts and drizzled with a ginger turmeric dressing.
Large prawns cooked with garlic, capers and tomatoes tossed with linguine in a lemon wine butter sauce. Served with sliced baguette.
