Blackened chicken served in basil cream sauce with sautéed veggies and fusilli pasta. Topped with parmesan cheese and a side of garlic bread.
Seasoned beef brisket is slow roasted, shredded, mixed with BBQ sauce and topped with melted cheddar. Placed on a toasted bun with lettuce and pickled red onions. Served with a side of chips or pasta salad.
