Buffalo chicken on top of mixed greens, red onion, tomatoes, avocado, cucumbers and crispy bacon. All tossed in ranch dressing.
A large flour tortilla is filled with braised brisket, black beans, lime rice and jack cheese then smothered in our house made poblano sauce and baked in the oven. Topped with freshly made pico de gallo salsa.
