Chicken marinated in Thai coconut milk is grilled and served over shredded cabbage, romaine and sliced bell peppers. Tossed in our house made sesame peanut dressing. Topped with roasted peanuts and sliced green onions.
Seasoned beef brisket is slow roasted, shredded and mixed with our house made BBQ sauce. Placed on a toasted baguette with southern style slaw, cheddar cheese and spinach. Served with a side balsamic salad.
