Ahi tuna filet is rubbed with salt and cracked black pepper then grilled and served on rustic sourdough bread with lettuce, onion relish and aioli spread. Served with a side sesame vinaigrette salad.
Fresh ground turkey is mixed with mirepoix and hand formed into patties, grilled and served with lettuce, tomatoes, goat cheese and caramelized onions. Served with chips or pasta salad.
